# Discount Codes

> Apply promotional discount codes to new Craft subscriptions.

Craft occasionally offers discounts and promotions. Discount codes are only applicable to **new subscriptions and upgrades**.

## Apply a Discount Code

### When Subscribing via Website

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Go to [Craft Pricing](https://www.craft.do/pricing) and select your desired plan
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click **Subscribe** and proceed to checkout
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Look for the **Add Coupon** option before payment
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Enter your discount code and click **Add discount**
  </Step>

  <Step>
    The discounted price will be reflected before you confirm payment
  </Step>

## Important Notes

  * Discounts are **only valid for new subscriptions and upgrades**
  * They **cannot be applied to existing subscriptions**
  * Discounts are **time-limited** – use your code before it expires
  * **App Store purchases do not support discount codes** – use Craft's website instead
