# Login Code Issues

> Troubleshoot issues with receiving your Craft login code via email.

If you haven't received your login code via email, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue.

## Check Your Email

    Verify you're checking the correct email inbox associated with your Craft account

    Look in your **Spam**, **Junk**, **Promotions**, or **Trash** folders
  </Step>

    If you use filters or rules, check if the email was routed to a different folder

The login email is sent from `login-noreply@craft.do` with the subject line **"Welcome to Craft Docs! Your Sign In Code: XXXXX"**.

## Wait a Few Minutes

Sometimes, email delivery may be slightly delayed depending on your email provider. Wait a few minutes and check again.

## Request a New Code

Go back to the Craft login screen and re-enter your email address. You can request a new login code, which will invalidate the previous one.

## Microsoft Email Addresses

<Warning title="Known Issue">
  For users with **Outlook, Hotmail, Office365, or Live** email addresses, delayed delivery is a known issue due to Microsoft's spam prevention systems.
</Warning>

If you're using a Microsoft email address:

* Wait 15–30 minutes and check again
* Add `login-noreply@craft.do` to your email contacts to help ensure delivery
* Contact [Microsoft support](https://support.microsoft.com/contactus) and report the issue if the problem persists

## Still Not Receiving the Code?

If you've tried the steps above and still can't log in:

* Try logging in using a different device (e.g., mobile instead of desktop)
* If possible, try using a different network (some firewalls may interfere with authentication)
