# Contact Support or Report a Bug

> How to contact Craft support, report a bug, share feedback, or get in touch with a human from our team.

We're here to help. This page covers every way to reach the Craft team — for technical support, bug reports, feature suggestions, and general feedback.

We aim to respond to every request within **24–48 hours on business days**. Complex technical issues may take longer to investigate.

  When you write in, please include:

  * A short description of what you were trying to do
  * The platform and version you're using (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Windows, Web app)
  * Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
  * Screenshots or a short screen recording when relevant
  * Any error messages you saw

## Report a bug

Found a bug, crash, or unexpected behavior? We'd love your help tracking it down.

The fastest way to report a bug is to email [support@craft.do](mailto:support@craft.do) with the details below — or open a ticket via the [support form](https://support.craft.do/hc/en-us/requests/new).

**Before you report:**

* Make sure you're on the **latest version** of Craft
* Restart the app or refresh the web page to see if the issue persists

**Include in your report:**

1. **Your environment** — device model, operating system version, and which Craft app (macOS, iOS, Windows, Web)
2. **Steps to reproduce** — the exact actions that lead to the issue
3. **A screen recording or screenshot** — short, focused, and at full screen resolution when possible
4. **Any error messages** — exact wording or a screenshot
