# 导入

> 将其他应用和文件格式中的笔记与文档导入到 Craft。

Craft 的根本目标是帮助你更好地思考、写作和沟通。所有这些活动都涉及处理和管理你的数据，因此能够将内容导入 Craft 十分重要。

所有 Craft 应用均支持导入以下文件类型：

* Markdown (.md 或 .markdown)
* TextBundle (.textbundle)

## 只需几次点击即可将内容导入 Craft

要开始，在"所有文档"、"整理"或"未分类"视图中，点击右上角的三点菜单 (⋯)，然后在"导入/导出"区域选择"导入"。

## 当前限制

我们理解将内容从不同虚拟空间和账户迁移可能既复杂又耗时。我们一直在尝试寻找更快速、更简单的方法，让从其他平台迁移到 Craft 的过程更加顺畅。但遗憾的是，该过程的复杂性不仅受 Craft 自身限制，也与目标平台的能力与限制有关。

在导入过程中，我们设置了一些内建限制以确保导入性能 - 目前一次最多不能导入超过 1000 个文件。
