# 使用 ChatGPT 的 MCP 限制

> 了解在使用 Craft 的 MCP 連線時，針對 ChatGPT 的特定限制。

雖然 ChatGPT 支援與 Craft 的 MCP 連線，但仍有一些平台特有的限制需要注意。

## Developer Mode 的限制

必須啟用 Developer Mode 才能將 MCP 新增為連線。

### 目前的限制

* Business 方案的成員無法設定連線
* 在 Developer Mode 下，ChatGPT 不支援記憶功能

### 解決方法

* **解決方法 1**：需要 ChatGPT 原生記憶時關閉 Developer Mode，需要使用 Craft MCP 時再開啟 Developer Mode
* **解決方法 2**：將 Craft 當作 agent 記憶 – 要求 ChatGPT 將對話摘錄儲存在文件的特定位置

## 工具組合限制

連線只能在同一則訊息中與其他連線結合，不能與其他工具混合使用。即使在同一個聊天中，也只能與網頁搜尋與附件結合使用。

這表示在同一聊天中，連線無法與 ChatGPT 內建功能同時使用，例如：

* Deep research
* Shopping research
* Create Image
* Agent mode
* Study and learn
* Canvas
* GPTs

### 解決方法

Click on **Branch in new chat**，並在該聊天中執行內建工具。該聊天會保留對話記錄。

## 輸入類型限制

### Voice mode

ChatGPT 的連線無法在 Voice mode 中使用。

**解決方法**：語音輸入（Dictation）可與連線搭配使用。

### 文件中的媒體

ChatGPT 無法存取 Craft 文件中的影像、影片、音訊或檔案。

**解決方法**：下載檔案後，以附件方式傳送給 ChatGPT。

## 最佳做法

儘管有這些限制，使用 ChatGPT MCP 時仍可透過下列方式取得良好結果：

* 將對話結構化以符合 Developer Mode 的限制
* 將 Craft 文件作為主要知識庫
* 將語音輸入與 MCP 結合，實現免手操作的工作流程
* 需要 ChatGPT 分析媒體時，先下載檔案並上傳
