Contact support

Email

We aim to respond to every request within 24–48 hours on business days. Complex technical issues may take longer to investigate.
When you write in, please include:
  • A short description of what you were trying to do
  • The platform and version you’re using (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Windows, Web app)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
  • Screenshots or a short screen recording when relevant
  • Any error messages you saw

Report a bug

Found a bug, crash, or unexpected behavior? We’d love your help tracking it down. The fastest way to report a bug is to email support@craft.do with the details below — or open a ticket via the support form. Before you report:
  • Make sure you’re on the latest version of Craft
  • Restart the app or refresh the web page to see if the issue persists
Include in your report:
  1. Your environment — device model, operating system version, and which Craft app (macOS, iOS, Windows, Web)
  2. Steps to reproduce — the exact actions that lead to the issue
  3. A screen recording or screenshot — short, focused, and at full screen resolution when possible
  4. Any error messages — exact wording or a screenshot

Many common issues — sync problems, login failures, performance, network blocking — already have solutions in our Troubleshooting guide. Worth a quick look before you write in.

Request a feature

We love hearing your ideas. Share feature requests through any of these channels:
  1. Email: feedback@craft.do — best for detailed suggestions
  2. Support form: open a request and pick the feature-request category
  3. Community: join the Craft Community to discuss with other users and the team
  • What you’re trying to accomplish
  • How you currently work around the limitation
  • Examples from your real workflow
  • Which platform you use (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Web app, Windows, Android)
