Our Process
Before you can upgrade your team subscription through Craft’s website, we will need to remove the App Store subscription linked to your Craft account. This step ensures you can subscribe directly without any conflicts.Steps to Take
1. Cancel Your App Store Subscription
To avoid being charged twice, cancel your App Store subscription renewal with Apple:- Follow Apple’s guide: How to Cancel an App Store Subscription
- If you were recently charged, you can request a refund from Apple: Request a Refund
2. Contact Craft Support
To proceed with removing your App Store subscription, email our support team with the following information:- Confirm that you acknowledge and agree to the removal of your App Store subscription from your Craft account
- Include the email address associated with your Craft account
- You can verify your email by navigating to Profile > Settings > My Account in the Craft app
Next Steps
Once we receive your confirmation:- We will remove your App Store subscription from your Craft account
- You’ll receive a confirmation message once the process is complete
- You can then upgrade your team subscription directly via our Craft Pricing page
