Navigate to the folder where you want the content.
3
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) and select Import → Notion.
4
Select the folder from your unzipped Notion export.
Notion databases are imported as Craft Collections, preserving properties and relationships where possible.

What Gets Imported?

Depending on the source app, imports typically include:
  • Text content with formatting (bold, italic, links)
  • Images and attachments
  • Document structure (headings, lists, nesting)
  • Tables and structured data
  • Links between documents (internal links)
  • Tags and metadata

After Importing

Once your content is in Craft:
  1. Review and organize – Check that everything imported correctly
  2. Update links – Internal links should work, but verify any external references
  3. Apply Craft styling – Use document styling, cards, and page styles to enhance your content
  4. Set up folders and spaces – Organize content using Craft’s folder structure
