Change Account Name

Update how others see you when sharing documents or collaborating in spaces.

Your Craft account name is how others see you when you share documents or collaborate in spaces. You can update it anytime from your account settings.

Change Your Account Name

macOS

1. Click your profile photo in the top-left corner

2. Select Settings

3. Click My Account

4. Update your Name field

Changes are saved automatically.

iOS

1. Tap your profile photo in the top-left corner

2. Tap Settings

3. Tap My Account

4. Update your Name field

Changes are saved automatically.

Web

1. Click your profile photo in the top-left corner

2. Select Settings → My Account

3. Edit your name

Changes are saved automatically.

This change only affects your account name. Your email address and team/space names are managed separately.
