Canceling your subscription brings your account to the free tier. Your existing data is never affected by changes to your subscription, so canceling your paid plan will not affect any of your documents.

Which Payment Method Do I Have?

The cancellation process depends on how you subscribed to Craft:
  • App Store: Subscribed through iOS/Mac app → Manage through Apple
  • Stripe: Subscribed through craft.do website (current) → Cancel through Stripe portal
  • Paddle: Subscribed through craft.do website (legacy) → Cancel through Paddle portal
  • Setapp: Access through Setapp → Manage through Setapp

Cancel App Store Subscription

Cancel Stripe or Paddle Subscription

If you purchased your subscription directly through Craft’s website (either through Stripe or the legacy Paddle system):

Go to docs.craft.do and sign in

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner

Click Settings and Billing for your subscriptionSubscription settings panel

Scroll to Danger ZoneDanger zone with cancel subscription button

Click Cancel Subscription
