Our Process
Before you can subscribe through Craft’s website, we need to remove the App Store subscription linked to your Craft account. This ensures you can subscribe directly without conflicts.Steps to Switch
1. Cancel Your App Store Subscription
Cancelling in your Apple ID is what stops Apple from charging you again at the next renewal:- Follow Apple’s cancellation guide
- If you were recently charged, you can also request a refund from Apple — refund alone does not cancel renewal, so do both if needed
2. Contact Craft Support
Email our support team with the following information:- Confirm that you acknowledge and agree to the removal of your App Store subscription from your Craft account
- Include the email address associated with your Craft account (find it in Profile → Settings → My Account)
